FAQ

Frequently asked questions are listed questions and answers, all supposed to be commonly asked in some context, and pertaining to a particular topic.

What do I do when my member name or password doesn't work?

If your browser stays at the main welcoming screen after attempting to login, please ensure your system clock (date/time/year) is correct.
If you’re re-directed to a login error page, make sure your caps lock is off since your password and member name are case sensitive. Also, check your cookie settings to ensure they’re on a medium privacy level and clear all cookies and cache in your browser.
If you’re still re-directed, please try resetting your password at http://www.mojocg.com/members/forgot.php
If all else fails contact us at http://mojocg.com/contacts/

Where did my download go?

Every browser handles downloading differently. If your browser does not prompt you to save your file automatically, you haven’t actually downloaded anything. Click ‘start download’ from the ‘file successfully downloaded’ pop-up window.
Internet Explorer: typically lets you choose where to save a file. If you do not select a folder, it will default to the last place you saved a file.
Firefox: saves files to your desktop unless set otherwise in the preferences.
Safari: will generally send images to your downloads folder or your desktop. This can also be set in the preferences.

Can I download my purchased images again?

You can download each file up to 5 times without any additional charges, after which the link will not work anymore. This is to limit the amount of data trafic on our server.
The download link will be open for 5 days after which it will be closed.

How do I search by file number?

Under Advanced search is a field called Item ID fx. type 8714
You can also use the file description to search fx type wall 35 to find MojoCGFreeWallRendered035. It will show up together with other maps that have the same words in the description. The closer the name the better the match.

How can I change the resolution on my downloaded images?

Our images are provided by different photographers and the default resolution on files is between 72dpi and 300dpi. If you’re using Adobe® Photoshop®, go to ‘Image’ - ‘Image Size’ and you’ll see that the resolution listed may be something other than 300dpi. Uncheck the ‘Resample image’ option and change the dpi of the file to the correct dpi. The height and width of the file will change in the document size window to reflect the change. Click ok and you’re done.

The system won't charge my credit card. Is there something wrong?

If the system is not accepting your credit card, please verify all of the information that was entered, including the credit card number, expiration date, and cvv (security) code. If your credit card is still being declined please contact the company that issued your card for more information.

What is stock photography?

Stock photography is existing photography that can be used for print and web ads, in books and magazines, in news, on websites, in brochures and packaging, and in a large number of custom applications, according to the licensing terms to which the photographer and buyer have agreed. Using an image that already exists saves the purchaser the time and expense of a custom photo shoot.

Yes, MojoCG uses cookies to hold your username and/or password. No credit card or purchasing data is stored in the cookie. Also, no personal information is stored in any MojoCG.com cookie.

A Lightbox is used to store a group of images that you would like to eventually download or share with a colleague. You can place images into a Lightbox, and then later download the images. You are not obligated to download images in your Lightbox, and it's entirely up to you how many Lightboxes you have, or if you use the images later.

After my membership expires, can I continue to use the photos I downloaded?

Yes. You may continue to use them indefinitely. However, the conditions under "Legal" still apply.

Which currency do you charge in?

We charge in Euro. Images downloaded with a purchased subscription will not be watermarked. None of the free textures are watermarked either.
